Applying to the fund:
The Charles Pratt Educational Trust allows children and young adults from the Mathern, Mounton & Pwllmeyric Community Area to apply for funding support in relation to all educational, recreational and vocational studies.
To be eligible to claim you need to be aged between 4 and 25 years old and have lived in the community area for at least 2 years.
This can include funding support for school uniforms, sporting kits and accessories, school trips away, University fees, IT equipment used in conjunction with your education and learning and much much more.

The application process is simple and claims are reviewed every 3 months with submissions having to be sent in by the end of March, end of June, end of September and end of December.

Don't alter the form format
Complete the Form inline with the Guidance
Complete all the required boxes on the form, making sure it's 1 form per applicant claim.
Any forms with multiple people on will be rejected.
Make sure the form has the following information completed:
- Name of Person claim being made for
- Age
- Address within the MMP Area
- Educational Facility attending
- Complete 1 line per item claimed
Submit the Form with receipts for costs paid.

or posted to the clerk of the charity - Jane Kelley

Remember to attach all receipts, any claims without receipts could be rejected and delay the payout process.
